Where the 5% goes

A flat 5% platform fee. Nothing else.

Most non-emergency medical transport runs through brokers who add 20–40% to every ride and pay drivers late. We don’t. The 5% fee covers identity verification, insurance audits, dispatch technology, and 24/7 support — not a broker layer.
